What makes me unique is I look far beyond your wedding day! To me there is nothing worse than looking at wedding ceremony photos and seeing a BIG BLACK MICROPHONE blocking the view of my couples faces.

To help avoid this scenario, I offer the following:

  • INDOOR/OUTDOOR Ceremony with D-Jay - In the event your D-Jay does not offer a lapel microphone for the Officiant, I bring along a wireless Lavaliere (Lapel Microphone) that works with most D-Jay systems. All I need is a power source and a 1/4 inch / XLR input on your D-Jay's system. Most D-Jays do not have a problem working with me on this request and some appreciate the fact that I do offer this for my couples. However, please don't let your D-Jay somehow convince you that the audio quality is not as good as a regular microphone, It's not....but it's not bad enough to ruin your wedding ceremony and years down the road when you look at your photos or even have the ceremony picture enlarged and hanging in the hallway, you'll appreciate it, Trust me!

There is no additional fee for this service.

  • OUTDOOR Ceremony without power access (Beach, park, etc.) - One of the toughest things for an Officiant to do is present a ceremony outdoors for a group of 20 or more without audio support. I can reach the first two rows with just my voice without hurting my couple's ears, after that; those that are behind the first two rows won't hear anything. Outdoor noise, traffic, wind, waves, birds, another party at the park, etc. have a direct impact on what your guests hear and can't hear. I offer a PROFESSIONAL battery powered 50 watt amp and broadcast quality lapel microphone. The fee for this is far under what a D-J would ask for considering they would have to rent a generator and haul their equipment to the site. Also, if someone has a battery powered sound device (IPOD, CD, Walkman, etc.) my system accommodates this however, they will need to make sure they have the appropriate connections from their system to mine and plenty of batteries. I also suggest they get there a few minutes early to test the hook up before guests arrive.

There is an additional $50 fee for this service.
